I need your help to run this show efficiently as possible.
Please:
*Reserve every single stall in the name of who will be paying for it, including turn back stalls. If you didn’t do it when you called reservations in, call Ashley Fehrman at 706 840 5395 and separate them by who is going to pay for each!! Do this now so I can bill all this early!!
*Reserve Hookups at www.gnfa.com
*Pre Enter any and all classes you like for the entire week by going to www.peachstatefuturity.com and clicking on The Equinal Link. All LAE entries are due by Friday. August 7, 2026. The Equinal Link will be available ONLY until 6:00 P.M. Friday the 7th. After that, enter in show office if you haven’t done it ahead online. All classes all week will be drawn and posted after 6:00 EACH EVENING before THE CLASSES ARE HELD.
*Bring me COPIES of all 3 yr olds the very first time you walk into the office – NOT later in the week.
*Always use correct spelling of EVERY horses’s name. Load it on your phone and on your help’s phone!!
*I need COPY of papers on any horses who has not won any NCHA earnings.
*I need COPIES of Registration papers and transfer slip if horse is newly purchased and not in your name yet.
*I need a COPY of your 30 day health certiicate in the show office the first day
*Be positive Owner and Rider are BOTH members of NCHA
*Be positive you have a NCHA NP/Am card if you are showing in a N Pro or Amateur class.
*Bill all Practice Works and Flags to WHO IS PAYING FOR THEM! AT PRACTICE PEN!
*This will be a tremendous help for me to keep show running quickly and smoothly. Counting on you to do your part!

LAE Entries are due by Friday, August 7, 2026. The show office will be open for all other in-person entries starting Saturday, August 8. Any entries completed on-line will be considered valid according to NCHA rules. Any changes for non LAE on-line entries must be done before 6PM, Saturday, August 8 and for other show dates, changes and entries will be due the prior evening for the following day’s class schedules-NO EXCEPTIONS. All in-person entries will be subject to the same rules for changes needing to be made the evening prior by 6PM for the following day’s class schedule. The Peach State Futurity will pre-draw each day’s classes the prior evening and post draws on the Peach State Futurity Facebook page by 10PM.

You will receive an email confirmation from Ashley when she receives your on-line stall requests. Trainers, please make sure to include client stall info ONLY for clients who will be responsible for paying for their stalls at the show.

RV reservation fees are collected in full at time of reservation. Tent camping is not allowed. There are 30 and 50 Amp hook-ups available with a limited number of 50 Amp. Go to Gnfa.com and select RV Hookups to reserve, based on a 1st come, 1st serve basis. No one will be allowed on grounds prior to August 8, 2025 without prior authorization. Contact Ashley for information (706) 840-5395 to get on the pre-arrival (August 7) approved list for Security. Some fees apply. Check in will be at the EAST gate entrance. Golf Carts are available for rent on-site, daily 8AM-5PM.
Book early and save! Mikes Golf Carts are located behind Horse barn 2 by 4 way stop sign.

Futurity Pre-Works $200 for two fresh cows-limited to 30 spots with priority to Peach State Futurity show horses.
The practice pen will open daily at 6AM starting Sunday, August 9. Participants will need to sign up with the practice pen person upon arrival and will be called to work at their respected turns and given a timed amount of working time. We will offer an indoor flag in Perdue arena starting at 7AM daily and Bridgette Lanham will be on-hand to sign up participants.
The Futurity pre-works will be on Sunday, August 9 after conclusion of the show day. All horses competing at the Peach State Futurity will be given priority with any remaining spots offered to other futurity horses. Only futurity horses may enter. To maintain fairness, trainers may be limited to 4 horses, with a reserve list for additional horses in event space becomes available. Message Ashley to sign up (706)840-5395.

Sandra Lines Photography is the official show photographer of the Peach State Futurity. Sandra Lines Photography is the only authorized outlet for competition photos. It is forbidden for other photographers, credentialed media, spectators, visitors, and exhibitors to sell or give away photos from the Peach State Futurity. Professional Photography Equipment, including but not limited to cameras with lenses with an overall length of 4 inches or more, monopods, tripods, and/or flash is forbidden for personal or professional use in the show arena.
