1. Peach State Futurity will comply with all NCHA rules and policies. Please be aware of these. Courtesy and respect must be maintained on show grounds at all times by all individuals.
  2. All attendees of the PSF must adhere to the GNFA rules and policies. No scooters are allowed. All dogs MUST BE on leashes.
  3. Each owner and rider must be a member of Area 18 CHA. Memberships are $25 each and can be added to show bill.
  4. All LAE entries must be received by show secretary by 12:00, noon, on August 7th. The show begins on August 9th at 8:00 am.  Online entries will be accepted via the myequinal.app until 12:00 noon, on August 7th . Entry sheets will be available in the office at 8:00 am on August 7th. The draw will be posted on chclivescoring.com by 6:00pm on August 7th . PLEASE ONLY ENTER ONCE. DO NOT ENTER ONLINE AND ON THE SHEETS IN THE OFFICE
  5. Weekend classes must be entered by 6:00 pm the day before the class runs. The draw
    will be made and posted on chclivescoring.com by 10:00 pm each night. Ex. The 5000
    NH that runs on August 9th at 8:00 am, must be entered by 6:00 pm on August 8th .
    Online entries are available via the myequinal.app or by signing up on the sheets in
    the show office on August 8th . PLEASE ONLY ENTER ONCE. DO NOT ENTER
    ONLINE AND ON THE SHEETS IN THE OFFICE.
  6. PSF will offer LAE classes with more added money than previous years. NCHA rules for all LAE classes will be followed. Each class will consist of two go-rounds and finals with one entry fee paid, except for the Futurity NP, which will be a regular class with $740 added each day and a separate entry fee each day. The go-round scores will be combined to determine the top finalists in all other LAE
    classes. The top 25% plus ties will be taken back to the finals. A minimum of 20 entries
    in each LAE class is necessary to have a working finals. Monies will be paid out in both go rounds and finals with an advancement fee of $150 per entry plus $7 Video fee for the finals. The payout split will be as follows: 1st go pays 30%, 2nd go pays 30%, finals pay 40%. NCHA payout guidelines will be followed. See events for more LAE details.
  7. The BOE (Beast of the East) is new to PSF this year. There will be added money in the Open, Np, Unlimited AM, and 75000AM. There will be one entry fee and a go round and finals. 100% of the payout will be in the finals. NCHA weekend rules will be followed. Weekend/championship class may be offered with multiple go-rounds.  When a class has more than the standard go-round, a final must be held.  The finals may be working or non-working. In all cases, the number of places paid AND the number taken to any final must be based on the Weekend Mandatory Payout Scale. See events for more BOE details.
  8. No arrivals prior to Saturday, August 8 without approval-Contact Ashley Fehrman (706) 840-5395. Any arrivals on Friday, August 7th must be authorized. There will be additional stall fees incurred.
  9. No parking against the horse barns. You must park across the parking lot.
  10. All stalls must be reserved and cannot be reused by different parties. Stall assignments will be posted on the Peach State Facebook page on Friday, August 8th. All trainers must have stall breakdown turned in for show secretary prior to posting stall assignments. All attendees must adhere to stall assignments. Any changes must be approved by Ashley Fehrman. You will be responsible for communicating any changes.
  11. All cattle and flag works must be paid for in the show office. Sign-up sheets will be posted in these areas as well as show staff to take information. No unauthorized after hours works or use of equipment will be tolerated.
  12. There will be an approved cattle settlers list for cattle determined by Peach State Futurity.
  13. VIP area is limited to sponsors and guests of sponsors. VIP Passes are based on sponsor levels, no exceptions. No alcohol allowed on show floor. An off-duty deputy will be on site during VIP hours as required by GNFA.
  14. Youth scholarship participant’s lowest score of the three-day event will be dropped. Youth contestants must compete all three days to qualify for the scholarship. There will be a Senior and Junior Youth Champion and Reserve Champion. The youth classes will not be combined. In the event of a tie, the dropped score will be used to determine the winner. In the event that the dropped score is tied, the participant’s birthday will be used with the oldest being the winner.
  15. All participants of the PSF must abide by the one-minute clock prior to their runs. If
    trainers draw back-to-back or are helping the person before them, they will be given two
    minutes to prepare for their run.
  16. Sandra Lines is the official Peach State Futurity photographer. No other professional
    photography will be allowed. No other sale of photos/video other than Sandra Lines
    photography is allowed.
  17. All show fees must be paid in the show office. A 15% service charge will be incurred for any show bills not paid by the end of the show on Sunday, August 16, 2026.
  18. Judges may not judge more than 150 horses per day.
