- Peach State Futurity will comply with all NCHA rules and policies. Please be aware of these. Courtesy and respect must be maintained on show grounds at all times by all individuals.
- All attendees of the PSF must adhere to the GNFA rules and policies. No scooters are allowed. All dogs must be on leashes.
- No arrivals prior to Saturday, August 9 without show approval-Contact Ashley Fehrman (706) 840-5395.
- No parking against the horse barns. You must park across the parking lot.
- The stall fee is $240 for the show, regardless of days attended. Stalls will be pre-bedded with 2 bags of shavings. Early arrival approval and late departures will incur a $10 per night stall charge on top of stall fee. Anyone needing to arrive early due to travel must contact Ashley (706)840-5395.
- No outside shavings allowed. All shavings and/or pellets must be purchased on site through GNFA.com
- All stalls must be reserved and cannot be reused by different parties. Stall assignments will be posted on the Peach State Facebook page on Friday, August 9. All trainers must have stall breakdown turned in for show secretary prior to posting stall assignments. All attendees must adhere to stall assignments. Any changes must be approved by Ashley Fehrman. You will be responsible for communicating any changes.
- Stall mats must be reserved through greenbrokefarmservices.com. The early reservation discount price of $85 expires on Friday, August 8th at noon. Any reservations made after 12PM on Friday, August 8th will increase to $100 per stall.
- All show entries must be pre-entered to the show office by 6pm the prior day for the following days classes. Any changes must be done prior to the 6 pm deadline-NO EXCEPTIONS. There is an on-line entry form on the website-all on-line entries made must be done by Friday, August 8th at 6PM, Any entries after this cutoff time must be completed in the show office. The show office will be open starting on Saturday, August 9.
- All cattle and flag works must be paid for. Sign-up sheets will be posted in these areas as well as show staff to take information. No unauthorized after hours works or use of equipment will be tolerated.
- The Futurity pre-works will be on Sunday, August 10 prior to start of show. Time 6AM. All horses competing at the Peach State Futurity will be given priority with any remaining spots offered to other futurity horses. Only futurity horses may enter.
- There will be an approved cattle settlers list for cattle used by Peach State Futurity.
- VIP area is limited to sponsors and guests of sponsors. VIP Passes are based on sponsor levels, no exceptions. No alcohol allowed on show floor.
- An off-duty deputy will be on site during VIP hours as required by GNFA.
- Youth scholarship participant’s lowest score of the three-day event will be dropped. All youth must compete all three days to qualify for the scholarship. There will be a Senior and Junior Youth Champion and Reserve Champion. The youth classes will not be combined.
- All participants of the PSF must abide by the one- minute clock prior to their runs. If trainers draw back to back or are helping the person before them, they will be given two minutes to prepare for their run.
- Sandra Lines is the official Peach State Futurity photographer-no other professional photography will be allowed. No other sale of photos/video other than Sandra Lines photography is allowed.
- Qualifiers for the Amateur Shootout event must be an active member in good standing for Area 18 for the 2025 Peach State Futurity. The top 3 combined money earners from the 15000 Amateur, 35000 NP, and the 50000 Amateur classes running from the beginning of the Peach State Futurity August 10, 2025-Friday, August 15, 2025 will qualify to compete on Saturday, August 16, 2025 in the Amateur Saddle Shootout. Earnings will not be combined between different classes-only accrued earnings from that specific eligible class from the current show will count towards qualification. You can only show once-if your qualify in more than one of the classes, your highest money ranking will determine the class you compete in. The next highest money earner would then qualify to compete in the class forfeited.
