ATTENTION:  ALL  PERRY  GA  CUTTERS

I need your help to run this show efficiently as possible.

Please:

*Reserve every single stall in the name of who will be paying for it, including turn back stalls. If you didn’t do it when you called reservations in, call Ashley Fehrman at 706 840 5395 and separate them by who is going to pay for each!! Do this now so I can bill all this early!!

*Reserve Hookups at www.gnfa.com

*Pre Enter any and all classes you like for the entire week by going to www.peachstatefuturity.com and clicking on pre enter form. This will be available ONLY until 6:00 P.M. Saturday the 12^th. After that, enter in show office if you haven’t done it ahead online. All classes all week will be drawn and posted after 6:00 EACH EVENING before THE CLASSES ARE HELD.

*Bring me COPIES of all 3 yr olds the very first time you walk into the office – NOT later in the week.

*Always use correct spelling of EVERY horses’s name. Load it on your phone and on your help’s phone!!

*I need COPY of papers on any horses who has not won any NCHA earnings.

*I need COPIES of Registration papers and transfer slip if horse is newly purchased and not in your name yet.

*I need a COPY of your 30 day health certiicate in the show office the first day

*Be positive Owner and Rider are BOTH members of NCHA

*Be positive you have a NCHA NP/Am card if you are showing in a N Pro or Amateur class.

*Bill all Practice Works and Flags to WHO IS PAYING FOR THEM! AT PRACTICE PEN!

*This will be a tremendous help for me to keep show running quickly and smoothly. Counting on you to do your part! Judy Boozer

Pre-Entry Form

You will be available to pre-enter for any class, any day during the Peach State Futurity on-line up to Saturday, August 12 at 6PM. Note, ALL Sunday, August 13 entries are due no later than 6PM Saturday, August 12. The show office will be open for in-person entries starting Saturday, August 12. Any entries completed on-line will be considered valid according to NCHA rules. Any changes for on-line entries must be done before 6PM, Saturday, August 12 and for other show dates, changes and entries will be due the prior evening for the following days class schedules-NO EXCEPTIONS. All in-person entries will be subject to the same rules for changes needing to be made the evening prior by 6PM for the following days class schedule. The Peach State Futurity will pre-draw each days classes the prior evening and post draws on the Peach State Futurity Facebook page by 10PM.

Stall Info

Horse and Tack Stall Rentals are $175 including. No outside shavings allowed on Fairgrounds. When you order shavings, the stall assignment number is not required. Shavings $7, White pine shavings $12, and pellets $8 will now have to be ordered on GNFA website:  Turnback stalls are $125. Payment is due at time of the show. Stall assignments will be posted on the Peach State Futurity/ Region 5 Scholarship Cutting Facebook page Friday, August 11th. Stall mats are recommended due to the concrete floors and are available via for $80 prior to show or $95 on or after August 11th. Trainers, please make sure to include client stall info ONLY for clients who will be responsible for paying for their stalls at the show.

RV Hookups

RV reservation fees are collected in full at time of reservation. Tent camping is not allowed. Attendees may now select their RV Sites online starting 60 days prior to the show and are available on a first come, first serve basis via the website. 50 Amp service is limited. Site hook-up fees are $40 per night for 30 amp and $55 per night for 50 amp hook-ups.  No one allowed on grounds prior to August 12, 2023. Check in will be at the EAST  gate entrance.  For RV Hookup information, rules, and reservations, please visit gnfa.com.

Golf Cart Rentals

GNFA Uses Mikes Golf Carts exclusively. These are battery operated and do not have to be charged as some RV rental companies offer. Reservations made on the same day of pickup must be placed by 2PM.On-site rentals will be an additional $10 per day without advanced reservations.

The practice pen will open daily at 6AM starting Sunday, August 13. The Peach State Futurity is proud to announce Mrs. Jan Seago will be in charge of the practice pen re-run works and flag. Participants will need to sign up with her upon arrival and will be called to work at their respected turns and given a timed amount of working time. We will offer an indoor flag in Perdue arena starting at 7AM daily. Bridgette Lanham will be on-hand to sign up participants.

Peach State Photos

Sandra Lines of Sandra Lines Photography will be on-site taking photos during this years Peach State Futurity. Sandra is a friend of our area shows and has graciously agreed to photo as many runs as she can when she’s not competing herself. Her professional  photos are available for purchase at https://sandralines.smugmug.com/

Sandra Lines Photography is the official show photographer of the Peach State Futurity. Sandra Lines Photography is the only authorized outlet for competition photos. It is forbidden for other photographers, credentialed media, spectators, visitors, and exhibitors to sell or give away photos from the Peach State Futurity. Professional Photography Equipment, including but not limited to cameras with lenses with an overall length of 4 inches or more, monopods, tripods, and/or flash is forbidden for personal or professional use in the show arena.
